Description:

The Green Nut Return System sends the nuts that have remaining hull on them from the sorting table and the color sorter, back to the huller to be reprocessed. Instantly after the finish aspirator and before the hand sorting table the nuts pass through a Weco Color Sorter, which uses special electronic eyes to separate the nuts with some hull left on them and any black walnuts from the good product. The color sorter combined with the Green Nut Return System allows us to reprocess the nuts that didn’t get hulled completely the first time.
