This advanced and multi-functional labelling system responds to one of the biggest challenges of packaging fruits, vegetables and other fresh products. The labelling machine is equipped (depending on the selected version) with two, three or four labelling heads. This design allows you to maintain production continuity and reduce losses caused by the need to change the label roll. While one head applies labels, the operator can replace the roll on the second head. This allows you to maintain work continuity, without costly changeover stoppages. The second head automatically takes over the process once the first head runs out of labels.

Labeller application

The labelling machine is capable of processing various packaging types, featuring different materials, content and volumes. It works great with the boxes and trays containing fruit, vegetables, fish, meat products, dairy products and sweets. The technologies used by the manufacturer allow continuous operation in the 365/24 system. The device is suitable for high temporary-performance operating lines as well as can work in interchangeable mode. Importantly, Tandem is flexible: a variety of configurations allow you to adapt the machine to the needs of a specific batch. The labelling machine allows you to apply labels at the top and bottom of the packaging. The multi-head labeller is compatible with TTO (Transformer) and CIJ printers (ink).
