Description: A labelling kit for applying self-adhesive labels to the top, bottom, and sides of packages transported on a conveyor belt. The unit is equipped with labelling heads with a colour control touch screen to manage and operate the system.

Description:

The control machine is an advanced line control system based on a Siemens PLC. It makes it possible to manage the entire system from a single location using an operator panel (HMI) that has access to the diagnostics and status of each line component and continuously displays the production progress. The control machine displays the causes of stops, faults and errors, and is responsible for controlling, navigating, and monitoring the machine workflow, thus saving the operators’ time.

Description:

The small fruit eliminator makes it possible to sort out all undersized and unmarketable fruit and debris from the orchard, thanks to guides with adjustable slot widths, thus ensuring that only commercially sized cherries enter the AirJet® sorting system. The sized cherries are flooded with water and then transported to belts that arranges them individually before they enter the sorting system.
