Processing line for large producers

The example line consists of a hulling line with a target capacity of up to 14 tons per hour, a nut drying system, a sorter for sizing nuts in shell, a cracker line, and a packing system for packing nuts in shell and kernels. The investment in the line will increase production efficiency, competitiveness and reduce drying time, eliminating the risk of aflatoxins and fungal spores.

Trash Shredder

The trash shredder is used to reduce the size of the greenline trash.

Description:

The trash shredder is used to reduce the size of the greenline trash and as a result reduce the amount of trucks or bins needed to remove the trash from the huller. By reducing the size of the trash coming out of the line we are able to fit more in each truck thus reducing the cost of trash removal. An auger system is also a valid way of storing the trash from your processing line so it can decompose and be removed later. Just by knowing the amount of product will be run by each customer we can calculate the amount of auger needed to store the processing line trash.

Stage Sizer

The Stage Sizer uses vibrating plates with different hole sizes.

Description:

The Stage Sizer uses vibrating plates with the different hole sizes. Its construction allows sorting of up to 10 tons of walnuts per hour.  This system is used when a customer demands high sorting capacity and different numbers of size categories. To increase the number of size categories, customers need to add a vibrating table to the existing system.

Bagging/Boxing equipment allows to pack inshell nuts or kernels into bags or boxes.

Bagging/Boxing equipment allows to pack inshell nuts or kernels into bags or boxes. Scales can be specified as semi-automatic or automatic versions for weighing nuts. Scales are available in single lane economy models, or multiple lane systems that are integrated with peripherals such as case formers or bag makers / fillers / sealer equipment.
