BerryWorld The Netherlands annually packs blueberries for different clients around the Netherlands and other countries. They customers demand wide range of different packaging with different quantities. The Customer looked for packing machinery that is quick and accurate in terms of packing, but also flexible and adjustable to different packaging trends. BerryWorld needed high quality packing equipment that has low in changeovers time and can be adapted to work and communication with different machines – like sorting machines, grading machines, labelers, traysealers and others.

Milbor PMC provided 4 Weigh&Fill machines manufactured by A&B Packing Equipement that can be quickly adjusted to changing production and packaging type. All machines were integrated with existing equipment including sorters, traysealers, labelers and are adjusted to work with different type of packaging, including mixed punnets, shakers, buckets, clamshells and new packaging types that are coming into the market.

BerryWorld The Netherlands can pack wide range of packaging, with accuracy of less than 1% overweight. With many and various orders they have lower changeover time, less production downtimes and consequently increased OEE.
