Processing line for small producers

To address the needs of new producers on the nut market, we have added a small processing line to our range. This line includes a hulling section with a target capacity of up to 5 tons per hour and a nut drying system. The investment in the line will increase production efficiency and shorten the drying time, eliminating the risk of aflatoxins and fungal spores.

Bagging/Boxing equipment allows to pack inshell nuts or kernels into bags or boxes.

Description:

Bagging/Boxing equipment allows to pack inshell nuts or kernels into bags or boxes. Scales can be specified as semi-automatic or automatic versions for weighing nuts. Scales are available in single lane economy models, or multiple lane systems that are integrated with peripherals such as case formers or bag makers / fillers / sealer equipment.
