Description:

The Revolution traysealer is a device that makes it possible to seal trays with containers filled with cherries with film on the top. The fastest all-electric fruit container traysealer available on the market. The machine allows the topseal shrink film to be bonded to the container, thus preventing spillage of packaged fruit and giving the packaging an attractive and hygienic appearance. The Revolution traysealer is designed for customers who are interested in automating the packing process and want to achieve high sealing efficiency.

The operating capacity of the Revolution traysealer is 16-18 cycles per minute. The technology used makes the traysealer perfectly suitable for producers of fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as ready-made meals.

Thanks to its lightweight design, the unit is very easy to operate and maintain.

Description: A labelling kit for applying self-adhesive labels to the top, bottom, and sides of packages transported on a conveyor belt. The unit is equipped with labelling heads with a colour control touch screen to manage and operate the system.

Description:

The control machine is an advanced line control system based on a Siemens PLC. It makes it possible to manage the entire system from a single location using an operator panel (HMI) that has access to the diagnostics and status of each line component and continuously displays the production progress. The control machine displays the causes of stops, faults and errors, and is responsible for controlling, navigating, and monitoring the machine workflow, thus saving the operators’ time.
